To the coaches who have forgotten it's about the players on the team & not them. It's about treating all players the same. (If all players have to stay for films, ALL players should stay) It does no good to belittle these boy's when they have lost another game. Think about it, would that make you want to play if you get nothing in return? Then you have players that gave up all summer, paid big money for camps & wanted to prove to you they were in it 100%. They get to stand on the sidelines because why? I hope you pull your head out, look in the mirror & change some things. You don't know what it's like watching your player going up & down the side lines, wanting to play so bad & you don't give them the time of day. We all see it. So if you have kids, I hope you act like the coach you would want your child to have. A kind word goes along way. Some of this boy's this is the last time on the field, please don't ruin it for our seniors.
