It's not rocket science! To the Spokane pothole repair crew who can't seem to fix one so it will last. Many of you know the one I'm referring to: corner of Spokane Falls & Monroe (next to Lincoln's statue), left side of left lane, just before the sharp right to head north on the bridge. It's a small but particularly jarring one, that they've fixed a few times but can't get it right. (Hint: don't throw the hot asphalt in if it's filled with water)
