Tunnel Honkers

You are a dying breed. You once filled the Washington street underpass with joyous, celebratory sound. Now when I sound my "shave and a hair cut", I get no two cents. I get flipped off or scared looks. A car's horn is not only a way to say "you jerk", it is a way to say "Hey! I'm in a tunnel with you, lets celebrate!" And we can drive away with a smile and uplifted spirits.
