I have some recommended action steps: a)fill out a comment card, or write a letter to the manager or owner/operator about your grievance, people & businesses need feedback; b)Find out how much your drink is supposed to cost, when it's not right have it corrected, it's your responsibility too, people make mistakes. If you choose not to take action then you, being so miserable with this coffee purveyor, should find somewhere else to spend your money. That one step will be drastically more effective than hoping & wishing somebody has an epiphany about their choice of employment. If you choose neither of these avenues then simply enjoy the bounty of golden & delicious apples you claim are prevalent, and keep the rest of us out of it.
