Really? During this economy, gas prices through the roof & you have the balls to raise our rent. There are many complexes in Spokane, most of which don't even have all of the amenities that are basic to human standards & you think it's fine to exploit your tenants at this low time? You should be ashamed to give the working poor such a shaft.
