Who do you think you are? Nobody, no matter what car they drive, has the right to take up two parking spots at a business. If you are so worried about door dings then leave your car in the garage & buy a bus pass. Getting your door dinged is a risk you take when you drive a car. The lady working at the coffee shop had every right to leave you a note, you are lucky she doesn't have you towed! If you don't like her personality then get your coffee some place else, I'm sure she will not miss your business. And by the way, you are not entitled to a smile from anyone, you should have to earn it for being a courteous & respectful individual.
