Jeers to the MORON who threw a lit sting of firecrackers from the
Washington street bridge into the spectators at the 4th fireworks display.
It landed a few feet from a 6 month old infant in a portable crib. The baby
could have been severely injured by this idiotic prank. It’s hearing may
have been damaged as it was. Also, thanks to the smoker who HAD to light up
in the same no smoking area.
