To all Washington and Montana drivers, I would just like to say that from
the 4th of July Pass to Lookout Pass is not a "I'll go 15-20 miles over the
speed limit zone." Running up someone's rear end going the speed limit in
the passing lane while they are passing many vehicles then flipping them
off when they move over is considered poor manners.
