To the entire staff of First Care on Monday, 9/19! My son broke his arm and
there was an issue with obtaining a referral for a specialist. You
ladies--office staff, nurse, and physician--took extra time to help us get
everything straighten out and pave the way for a very smooth trip into the
medical system. I appreciate the time, caring, and professionalism that you
showed me and my family. I would also like to thank every at the CHAS
clinic and the Shriner's Children Hospital on 9/21, for all their
assistance with manuevering the medical system also. These agencies not
only gave us great service, but all called the following day to ensure that
my son was doing well, and that we didn't need anything else. This is such
a rare thing these days. We are very impressed with the level of caring.
