Black Friday Sheep

Posted on Sat, Dec 10, 2011 at 2:02 PM

Once again, millions of sheep flocked to the retailers to hoard and spend
money they don't have. Incredibly, despite the country's current economic
woes and high unemployment, Americans have spent a record amount of money
on gifts they cannot afford, just because the retail industry has hijacked
the Christmas season, and people are made to think that they have to buy
each other presents. I'll bet that much of what is spent during the
Christmas shopping season is put on credit cards. Way to go, America. The
cost of that X box that you bought in December will sit and gather interest
for months into the new year as you suffer your holiday hangover. Stop
spending money you don't have! Didn't you learn anything from Charlie Brown?
