City of Spokane. Thank you, for jacking up the price to park downtown. As
it wasn't annoying enough to have to pay to keep my car in front of where I
LIVE. Now a quarter barely gets over half an hour?! I'd really love to see
how that money is going to be used. It's certainly not making downtown any
safer to park or drive in. I see nothing but shattered windows in my
neighborhood. Please do something!
