Disgruntled Grannie

I needed an oil change and was in a hurry so I went to the one that
advertised oil changes, $19.95. I left with an $80 bill. Why does an
older Chevy need "special oil" and why does an air filter cost $40? I'm a
senior citizen on a pension.
