Jeers to the complete teenage idiots, in an old beat up light blue car who
decided to role down all your windows and pepper spray my brother and his
friend in the face while they were walking. What on earth goes through your
mind to think, "oh I'm going to pepper spray some random people on the
street and think it's the greatest thing". How would you like it if someone
stood right in front of you and peppered sprayed you, laughed and left?
That is so immature and damaging, and some growing up is needed to be done
on your part!
