Insensitive Neighbors

Big jeers to my neighbors who continued to let off big banging fireworks
and such past midnight on the 4th. Thanks for keeping me up, freaking out
my dog and breaking the law. I called the police, but I am sure they were
busy handling other rude neighbors. Fine, it's the 4th, have some fun, but
to keep it going that late is inexcusable.
