I occasionally ride my bicycle and I do not like like riding in the street
anymore than you like to see me there. I was once stopped by a police
officer and given a citation for riding on the sidewalk. I wasn't aware it
was illegal to ride a bicycle on the sidewalks of downtown Spokane. I hope
you don't follow through on your vow to make a person riding a bicycle in
the road "fall on their ass". There's a good chance they don't want to be
in your way any more than you do but weren't given the choice.
