Jeers to the guy peeing in one of the alcoves by the Washington Trust
building on Friday. You were obviously trying to hide. But the urine
puddling around your feet and spilling out onto the sidewalk was gross
enough. Even though you said "Excuse Me", there really is no excuse to pee
in such a public location. I have a hard time believing that you couldn't
hold it long enough to at least go in an alley, or behind a dumpster
somewhere, rather than in plain sight where decent people are walking in
your filth. Stay classy, Spokane.
