To the woman with her family by the White Elephant on Division who backed
her 3 or 4 year old daughter on a bicycle violently into the curb. I
understand you were having a bad moment with the traffic, obviously, and to
all parents who somehow lose their cool and manage to inflict pain on their
own innocent and precious child, it is not the way to properly discipline.
I know for experience, it is disturbing to all forever.
