To the staff at the emergency room at Sacred Heart Hospital on Friday
evening, Sept. 28th. My son and I were involved in a 3 car accident and
after the accident scene was cleared, we both decided medical treatment was
needed. Arriving at the emergency room, my son had to be seen in the
pediatric wing and I in the regular adult wing. Well, I was allowed to wait
with my son in his room, and when the APN came in to see my son, Amy H.
APN, she not only took good care of my son...she also saw me at the same
time which cut off about 4 hours of waiting time in the adult ER wing!!
Wow! Thank you! I greatly appreciate you making that most inconvenient and
horrible evening somewhat better. We truly are grateful. Thank you!
