Good Samaritan

Thank you so much! I was parked on Monroe and I had to walk to City Hall. I
forgot to put money in my meter, and I realized this when I got to City
Hall! I hurried back to my SUV and there was 30 minutes on the meter! Thank
you so much, you saved me a parking ticket.
