Our Suds & Cinema screenings of Christmas Vacation are Thursday night at the Garland

It's a Griswold family tradition: Every year, the Inlander's Suds & Cinema series takes over the Garland Theater to screen the beloved Yuletide comedy National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (rated PG-13), which turned 30 this year.

It's happening Thursday night, Dec. 19, and you've got two chances to see it — at 6 pm, and again at 9 pm. Tickets are just $5.

If you've ever been to one of our Suds & Cinema nights, you'll know it's not just about the movie. Rainier will be on hand, pouring beers in the lobby, and you’ll also be able to taste sodas and sparkling waters courtesy of Merchant’s Craft. We'll also have a costume contest — bring your best Cousin Eddie robe — and our sponsors at Horizon Credit Union will oversee a photo booth and a holiday relay race.

Participating in all of this fun stuff means you have the chance of winning awesome prizes, including a $100 gift card and some awesome Rainier swag.

These events usually sell out, so get your tickets now through the Garland box office. (Hint: There are currently more tickets available for the later showing than the earlier one.)
