Rubio told KXLY yesterday that if he wins Idaho "it's going to shake up this race." But he probably won't.

A jury found the hotel where a stalker shot a nude video of sportscaster Erin Andrews liable Monday, awarding Andrews $55 million in damages. (Rueters)
Could have been even worse
Kyle Odom, the shooter of Coeur d'Alene pastor Tim Remington, was armed inside the church before shooting at Remington six times, according to police. Remington is in fair condition at Kootenai Health, and Odom is still at large. (Spokesman-Review)

A woman was arrested for burglary, released, and arrested for burglary again three days later, Spokane police say.
