Cheyenne Jackson gets Glee-full

Posted By on Wed, Jul 28, 2010 at 1:26 PM

Having missed his first shot on Fox megahit Glee due to a 103-degree fever Newport, Wash. native Cheyenne Jackson has been given a second chance, Entertainment Weekly reports.

This time, he'll have a major role — the new coach of  "New Directions" rival Vocal Adrenaline.

Glee's the hottest property on television — and iTunes — right now, so landing such a role is a much bigger coup than Jackson's guest-starring stint on 30 Rock last season.

We wrote a cover story on Cheyenne Jackson before he was (this) famous.
