It might not have been quite as thrilling a battle as advertised in our headline, but Spokane's top two elected leaders sat last night for the weekly Council Connection TV show. In a congenial and relatively vague discussion, they talked police reform, water/sewer rates, union contracts and more. Here's a slice of their dialogue from my tweets last night.
