Macklemore and Ryan Lewis coming to Spokane Arena

Posted By on Mon, Jun 24, 2013 at 11:18 AM

A few weeks ago, the Spokane Arena's brass was so pumped about booking Bon Jovi they actually decided to change the name of the arena to honor the power rocker. That didn't last and people got all mad.

But now, the Arena has gone and totally redeemed itself by announcing that Macklemore and Ryan Lewis are set to play at the venue on October 23. If you didn't know, Ryan Lewis is actually from Spokane and we wrote all about that as the duo was rocketing up the charts.

The Macklemore show comes on the heels of the recent announcement that Nine Inch Nails would be coming to the Arena on November 19. Even cooler, Explosions in the Sky is opening that show.

Nice work, Bon Jovi Spokane Arena. Now, you know what we're waiting for.
