MORNING BRIEFING: Happy Martin Luther King, Jr. Day!

Happy Martin Luther King, Jr. Day! If you have the day off, you can commemorate King by taking part in the annual Unity March and MLK Day of Service.  The parade starts at the Convention Center at 10 am. Expect increased police presence. (Inlander/KREM)
