Hey dude, chill out. I don't recall there ever being a rule in the driver's ed books that stated people had to pull off to the side of the road just so you can get by and break the speed limit more. If you're late to class a lot because they're not speeding, that's your problem, not theirs. If you want to be on time, then give yourself time.  Leave the house a little earlier.  If you can't, then consider the freeway yourself.
