If you're late "all the time" for school when you drive the road "twice a day, everyday" because people are driving the legal speed limit, it's your own damn fault - try planning ahead sometime.  Speed limits exist for a reason, & that reason isn't so that police officers can give out tickets, the reason is safety.  Tailgating is not a legitimate means of indicating your desire to pass, it's an illegal, dangerous, @$$hole kind of move that merely indicates what kind of impatient, poorly prepared, self involved, inconsiderate jerk YOU are.    If it's driving you so crazy, then take your own advice: "UGH! take the freeway!"
