Courteous Drivers Rock!

To all the lawful drivers "making" the poor EWU student late for school by preventing him from speeding on Cheney-Spokane Road, thank you. We appreciate not having to investigate your crashes, paying higher insurance rates, notifying your next of kin about you being killed or injured. And by the way, I'm a twice-a-day driver on that particular roadway, and I have a radar.
