Thanks a lot to the jerkwad who hit my dog outside my house in Deer Park the 3rd of March! You didn't even stop to see if she was ok! Nope, you just kept driving...well guess what, she has a 3 inch gash on her side now. I understand that she was too close to the road and that is my responsibility but she has the invisible fence collar on. The least you could have done is stop. My daughter was heartbroken when she HEARD you hit her. She heard her yelp. Pay attention next time and maybe try to give a crap about the pain you cause.
