Jeers to the business that misspelled a contest winner’s name on their reader board & left it that way. How hard is it to send an employee back out to fix the error? If public congratulations are part of your prize package then you should deliver & not dismiss it as a minor detail. No one likes to see their name misspelled, no matter what they tell you. Customers notice carelessness & indifference, especially when you highlight it in neon.
