Tell It Like It Is

To the gal who wrote she was "highly disappointed with the service she got" but "loved the food" on her credit slip. What exactly were you disappointed with between the ONE item you ordered and the WATER you were drinking. No appetizers, no salad, no drinks, no dessert. Hmmm? Maybe next time show some class and actually tell me in person rather than scribbling it down on the credit slip!
