To the owners for their unfounded & rude behavior toward paying customers. Your unprofessional conduct really is appalling. The bartenders’ lewd display of her butt crack behind the bar was especially vulgar. Add to that, her feeding frenzy with her hands in her mouth most of the time, is very unappetizing. Then, she pours a drink without washing her hands! Very unsanitary & disgusting. The restaurant is a joke…several people have told me they went to have dinner & were informed by the evening bartender that the kitchen was closed and she was too busy to cook. On top of that, half the time what is on the menu isn’t even available. Too bad you fired the cook who really had the skill & work ethics…and called him on the phone to tell him!  Doubtful that you will succeed in the bar & restaurant industry with such poor management & profound lack of moral values.
