To The Cranky Guy

Who bawled out some participants in Hillyard Chalk Artwalk, for letting their kids draw pictures in CHALK on his parking lot. You'da thought they mixed red paint with excrement for their medium. Lighten up, mister. It'll rain soon, & the "terrible" looking mess made by kids (hopscotch, an airplane, a boat Oh, the humanity!) will be gone soon.
