To the bars downtown where it has somehow become status quo to charge cover. This is Spokane, the only reason to charge cover is 1) Live music. 2) Cheap drink specials associated with said cover charge. Some crappy DJ blasting music is not legitimate justification to charge $3 a person to enter. Patrons of Spokane bars, lets boycott this scam & return to the normalcy of being able to enter a bar for free. Just say NO to cover charges.
