Hotel Guests

Please stop being so rude and surly to the staff. We know times are hard
and your business is appreciated. What is not appreciated is yelling at us,
demanding something for free, and horrible comments all over internet sites
over one minor thing. When you get an e-mail inquiring about your stay the
hotels scores go down with your poor scoring and comments and you may not
realize what that does for a hotel after we have all worked so hard to keep
the scores up. Even when something was given to you for free that is failed
to be mentioned. Give us a break and stop yelling at us and treating us
like you're better than us. It is not our fault there was an accident, it
is snowing, or your room isn't warm enough in lighting speed. We always do
everything to fix the problem. If you don't treat us like crap and talk
down to us the problem would get fixed much faster. The front desk does not
work for tips and deals with all the guest and all the complaints. Show
some respect!!
