Hey jerk faces who don't like fat people. You know what the best way to
encourage someone to lose weight? Give them the thumbs up when you see them
outside being active. Yelling fat a## from your car as you drive past them
is actually counter productive. I'm working on it! Since the beginning of
the year, I have lost feet around my waist. I can walk between 3-5 miles a
day and up to 20 miles in a single week. I do strength training 3x a week
as well and have gotten quite strong so the next time you see me movin' on
down the street, feel free to stop and ask me to help you remove your head
from your butt.
