RE: Voters

Posted on Sat, Dec 15, 2012 at 8:23 AM

To the woman who is thoroughly angry at anyone voting NO on referendum 74,
please just allow people their rights! We have a right to vote as we wish,
based on religion, politics, or morals. And it makes you the tyrannic
buffoon for reprimanding anyone for exercising their rights. Your comment
about once the older generation dies off, the younger will be "liberated"
and free, is stupid, and offensive. I am 26, and voted no, because of
religious beliefs. In my eyes and in many people's eyes, homosexuality is
wrong. Biblically it is wrong, in Gods eyes, it is wrong! As you have the
right to be homosexual, we have the right to be against it, it is never
going to change as long as there are people who morally do not agree with
it. That is the way of the world, and you are going to have to come to
terms with some people just not being supportive of it. All of this being
said, I respect that everyone voted yes or no for whatever reason, and
recognize it was your right as an American to do so, so please respect
others for their choices instead of condemning them. Thanks.
