I am a teenage boy who shares a very special bond with his mom. I know it
is childish, but in all seriousness, she really means the world to me. The
two of us have been through a lot together, from picnics in the park to
(her) teaching life lessons at home, from long nights of sports to
vacation, we have done it all. She has given me so much, more than she can
imagine, and when I grow up, part of me hopes to be as great of a parent as
she has been, but the other part knows it is not possible. I wanted to put
this in the Inlander as a shout out for her, as something special that I
can do. I want her to know that she is the most important thing in the
