Lede of the Day: Pat Sajak stumper

Posted on Wed, Oct 13, 2010 at 4:10 PM

Did you know that Vanna White’s better half is an outspoken conservative? Now you do.

Speaking of which, the longtime game show host Pat Sajak wrote a blog post for the National Review Online today questioning whether public employees — cops, firefighters, teachers and such — should be allowed to vote.

Which leads us to our lede of the day, from the liberal online magazine Talking Points Memo:

Have you read Wheel Of Fortune host Pat Sajak's blog post for National Review Online today? Because if you have, you might be saying: "I'd like to buy a W, T, and an F please, Pat."

I know. None of those are vowels, therefore cannot be purchased from Sajak. Still, WTF?!
