Democracy can be ugly. But it can also be pretty entertaining — and that’s the goal of Party Politics!, The Inlander’s presidential debate party on Oct. 3, with Obama and Romney slugging it out in their first face-off.

Everyone’s welcome: Republicans, Democrats, Independents, local officials — anyone interested in the great experiment that is America. Or just come for the arguments and booze; there will be drink specials from our host, nYne Bar and Bistro, which has huge TVs and a big screen for debate watching. Finally, it’s a party we can all agree with.

See the Facebook event page here.

The Inlander’s Party Politics! • Wed, Oct. 3, beginning at 5:30 pm • $3 at the door • nYne • 232 W. Sprague Ave.
