So you wrote a book called I see rude people? Were you looking in the mirror when you wrote it?  As you mentioned last week, you are not a psychologist or a therapist, I don't know what makes you think you can give the crappy advice you give to anyone. I just really hope that anyone who writes to you understands that what you say is merely your own opinion, & they are likely to get much better advice from the grocery store checker.
