It was Mon., March 29, you we're at your 1 o'clock WIC appointment at the Pan Handle Office. It was pouring rain & winds over 35 mph & freezing. Everyone & their child there was soaked. You brought your baby in on your hip, soaking wet just old enough to walk with a jacket, pant and no socks or shoes & put him on the floor. I was about to say something but decided that pointing it out to the woman that called your name to do your WIC could. Hope that baby doesn't get sick.
