To the thieves who robbed my snow tires from my garage on Fri. May 14th. Spokane, be on the lookout for 16inch 95T Wintercat studded snow tires with black rims. Do not buy them, call Crime Check at 456-2233 & report them & the person trying to sell them instead. Jeers to the the apt. management, who continues to hide information about increasing thefts & burglaries in their community!! This is not a Norman Rockwell painting, give your residents the info they need to protect themselves & their property!
