Train Your Dog

To the woman on Pacific that repeatedly smacked, swatted, slapped & spanked her tiny black terrier for barking at someone on the sidewalk - take the poor thing to training or allow him to live in another person's care. If I witness anything like that again, I will make the appropriate phone calls.
