RE: Just Say No

Posted on Mon, Nov 1, 2010 at 8:25 AM

To the person who was griping about the cover charge in Oct. 14-20 issue. The reason why we have to pay cover charge in bars & night clubs is to pay for those bands that come & play at those establishments, paying $3 to $5 for cover charge to dance to a D.J. or listen to a live band cost money. That's why they charge at the door. Spokane is not like Seattle, L.A. or Atlanta where they charge almost $15 to $20 in cover charge to get in the door. If You don't like it, don't go to bars or night clubs,  then keep you butt at home.
