Hit and Run

Thanks to the carelss idiot that hit my car on Sunday night on 12/4 in the Cathay Inn parking lot. This is the second hit & run. Spokane is just ridiculous! You could've at least left your information, I know times are hard, its going to cost me more out of pocket!!
