To all those that water their lawn during the daytime. STOP! You are
wasting our water and not helping your grass that's why it is still brown.
The best time to water your lawn is after 7pm, that way the water has a
chance to get to the roots and do its job. Watering during the day just
boils the grass and lets the sun evaporate the water before it gets a
chance to get to the roots. So PLEASE stop wasting our water and water your
lawn at night
