Parking Ticket

Dear Spokane parking enforcement, guess what? When it is POURING rain and
you put a PAPER ticket/envelope on my windshield they are going to get
SOAKING WET and rip. I am going to dry out your yellow envelope, tape it
back together and mail the disgusting thing back to you. Might I suggest
you use the $30 to by some plastic baggies/envelopes or something.
