week, my wife and I were blessed with a baby girl - our first child. She
was a full month early, so we were concerned. But everyone we met - from
the late-night emergency room nurse, Samantha, to the delivery room staff,
to the NICU docs and nurses - all demonstrated genuine compassion and
expertise. We know that there are thousands of births at your hospital
