One drug test does not a "safe" employee make. I would argue there are
several factors that effect job performance; some happen to be illegal
while others are not. I am grateful for my place of employment that tests
on an "as needed" basis. They can judge my value as an employee by my work
performance, i.e being dependable and on time, hard working, respectful to
my associates and welcoming to our clients.
